Conservation Project and Earth Day

On Saturday morning we met at school at 8:30 to head towards Acme to plant trees with the Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association and REI.  It was a beautiful, sunny day, which was a nice surprise considering we had snow a few days before.  Everyone worked really hard and a lot was accomplished.  Way to go girls!

April 12 Meeting

At our April meeting we discussed the upcoming conservation project with the Nooksack Salmon Enhancement Association and REI.  After the business meeting we tied flies.  We tied "fun" flies, or as we like to call them "Flies with Flair".  Suanne won the "Flair" award.  A boxed set of DVD's on tying flies.
